Who can do it?
If you own your own house and have the resources to, say, put in a new kitchen, then you can have a net zero home. But unlike a kitchen, it pays you back!
What about carbon?
You achieve net zero cost because you generate more electricity than you use. This will make your house net zero carbon too.
